If you need a USB to serial adapter, use the Tripp Lite USA-19HS - it works every time. If you find that source (which I am not allowed to share) you will also find a version of GlobalTIS that includes a 100% reliable crack. There is a better version available that includes a crack that works perfectly every time. XP is the safer bet there, though it will run on up to 7 with enough work.ĭo not mess around with the version of TIS2000 supplied with your clone Tech 2. GlobalTIS is a bit more of a pain, since it runs in a web browser and requires and old version of Java to work right.
There are some special but minor hoops you gotta jump through on Vista and later - but it's doable. TIS2000 will run under any 32-bit Windows OS - XP, Vista, 7, 8 and 10.
